Standard base service: $129 in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Sea-to-Sky. Outside these three areas: Unlimited Duct Cleaning $429, dryer vents $229, other standard services $169. Priority One saves 10% on eligible service charges. Additional eligible units remain $59. Duct cleaning and dryer vents outside the three areas require at least one calendar month’s notice. Commercial bookings are available only within the three main areas. Before applicable tax; estimates remain free and repairs, parts and installations are quoted separately.

Travel and seasonal access
Service windows depend on the exact address and the professional available for the equipment. Share driveway, parking and outdoor-unit access requirements in advance. A request is reviewed before travel or an appointment is committed.
Managed and seasonal homes
If you are away from the property, provide an authorized manager or access contact. For accommodation, explain occupancy restrictions and who can approve additional work. Common building systems may need strata or property-management authorization.

Does B.C HVAC accept requests as far as Pemberton?
Yes. The Pemberton guide provides a route to submit a service request. Field service is arranged only after the address, travel requirements, equipment and an appropriately qualified available professional are confirmed.
Is emergency or same-day service guaranteed along the corridor?
No. Online requests can be submitted at any time, but a suitable appointment must be confirmed. The online booking system is not emergency dispatch.
Will I know the applicable scope and pricing before committing?
B.C HVAC reviews the equipment, address, travel and access requirements before confirming the appointment. Parts, repairs and any added work require separate authorization.
