Equipment-specific service
Know the work before you book.
Review current pricing, common symptoms and the service framework. Parts, repairs and additional work are authorized separately.
Standard base service: $129 in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Sea-to-Sky. Outside these three areas: Unlimited Duct Cleaning $429, dryer vents $229, other standard services $169. Priority One saves 10% on eligible service charges. Additional eligible units remain $59. Duct cleaning and dryer vents outside the three areas require at least one calendar month’s notice. Commercial bookings are available only within the three main areas. Before applicable tax; estimates remain free and repairs, parts and installations are quoted separately.

Rural and multi-building properties
Include the civic address and list equipment by building. A residence, secondary suite and workshop may have separate systems and different access needs. Gate instructions, an on-site contact and the heating fuel help define the appointment.
Business and group appointments
For several units, provide their types, addresses and preferred access windows. Separate visits, additional eligible units at one property and qualifying group arrangements have different pricing. The applicable offer and service scope are confirmed before commitment.
A clear route for breakdowns
If equipment is not operating, describe the fault when requesting the visit. Routine service, diagnosis and a quoted repair remain separate scopes. A replacement estimate is another option when the equipment and findings warrant one.

Can I request service outside the main Fraser Valley cities?
Yes. Supply the exact address, equipment and access details. Rural travel, professional capacity and the required scope are reviewed before B.C HVAC confirms an appointment.
Is group pricing automatically applied to every multi-unit request?
No. Group arrangements depend on eligibility and the planned work. B.C HVAC reviews unit count, type, location and scheduling, then confirms the applicable pricing before you commit.
Are duct cleaning and dryer vents counted as additional HVAC units?
No. Duct cleaning and dryer-vent cleaning have their own service scopes and prices. The additional eligible HVAC-unit rate does not apply to either.
