Eligible maintenance. A separate rebate, paid after service and approval.
For heat pump maintenance: residential FortisBC electricity customers, or customers of Grand Forks, Summerland, Penticton or Nelson Hydro. A FortisBC gas account alone does not qualify.
$50 furnace or boiler · $50 tankless water heater · $25 per indoor gas fireplace (up to two). Gas rebates total up to $150 per household per calendar year. Heat pump service: $50 under separate electricity eligibility.
Heat-pump service rebate. Storage-tank water heaters and duct cleaning are excluded. Apply within 60 days of eligible service with paid receipts. FortisBC confirms eligibility and pays approved rebates separately.

A personal call before arrival.Your technician will call within the hour before arriving for your service.
Standard base service: $129 in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Sea-to-Sky. Outside these three areas: Unlimited Duct Cleaning $429, dryer vents $229, other standard services $169. Priority One saves 10% on eligible service charges. Additional eligible units remain $59. Duct cleaning and dryer vents outside the three areas require at least one calendar month’s notice. Commercial bookings are available only within the three main areas. Before applicable tax; estimates remain free and repairs, parts and installations are quoted separately.
