$329 for homes 4,000 sq. ft. or under; $529 for homes over 4,000 sq. ft. in our three main areas. Outside these areas: $429 regardless of home size, with at least one calendar month’s notice. Unlimited residential duct cleaning plus service, safety inspection, cleaning and an equipment-specific 15-point inspection for one furnace and one water heater. Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Sea-to-Sky; other B.C. areas $429 with at least one calendar month’s notice.

Eligible maintenance. A separate rebate, paid after service and approval.
Gas maintenance rebates are for eligible residential FortisBC gas customers.
$50 furnace or boiler · $50 tankless water heater · $25 per indoor gas fireplace (up to two). Gas rebates total up to $150 per household per calendar year. Heat pump service: $50 under separate electricity eligibility.
Furnace or boiler maintenance rebate. Storage-tank water heaters and duct cleaning are excluded. Apply within 60 days of eligible service with paid receipts. FortisBC confirms eligibility and pays approved rebates separately.
