Can every recovery core be washed?
No. Core-care instructions vary, particularly between HRV and ERV media. Service should follow the equipment manufacturer's guidance.
Why is the condensate drain important?
Applicable HRVs can produce condensate. A restricted drain can lead to leakage, icing or poor operation.
