Is the estimate really free?
B.C HVAC offers free estimates for qualifying installation requests. The site, equipment and access still need to be reviewed before a final installed price can be confirmed.
Should I choose the same furnace size?
Not automatically. Renovations, insulation, windows, ductwork and the performance of the previous system can all affect proper sizing.
Are permits and disposal included?
They should be stated explicitly in the written proposal. Never assume a permit, old-equipment removal or a required venting or electrical change is included unless it is listed.
